How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Tablio account directly from within the app, or by contacting our support team. All associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
📱 Option 1 — Delete In-App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Tablio app:
- Open the Tablio app
- Go to your Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
📧 Option 2 — Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at admin@tablioapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Tablio account.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Your account credentials (email and password)
- Your profile information (name, avatar)
- Your bookmarked places
- Your reviews and ratings
- Your message history
- Any photos or files you uploaded
For business owners: Your venue listing, menu, gallery, promotions, and stories will also be permanently deleted.
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal and compliance purposes:
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law
- Anonymised analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained indefinitely
All personally identifiable information is deleted within 30 days of your request.
